      Traditional proteomics sample preparation is mainly done manually, which is time-consuming, low-throughput, and prone to batch effects. This means it is especially difficult to prepare large-scale cohort samples. Therefore, standardized and automated solutions are urgently needed to improve processing efficiency and reduce batch differences. However, since proteomics sample preparation involves multiple complex operating steps, achieving full automation has always been a major challenge. In response to these difficulties, BayOmics has launched a high-throughput automated solution based on the exclusive patented SISPROT technology. This innovative technology can complete the proteomics preparation of nearly 400 samples on a single machine in a single day, thereby significantly improving processing throughput, reducing batch effects, and opening up new avenues for large-scale proteomics research.

      SISPROT technology can fully integrate and complete the proteomic preparation of 96 samples within 3 hours. With the help of the automation platform, it can complete the preparation of nearly 400 samples per day and more than 100,000 samples per year.


      3 batches of 96 samples (8 samples/batch randomly selected) were tested, and the intra-batch/inter-batch Pearson correlation coefficients were all > 0.98, and the CV values were all around 5%.

      Constructing high-depth spatial proteomic map of severe COVID-19 patients

      Using spatial visualization proteomics technology, we constructed a proteomic map of lung damage in severe COVID-19 patients for key lung structures and lesion areas in COVID-19 patients and healthy people, and explored potential targets for treatment and intervention of severe COVID-19.

      Discovery of New Cell Subpopulation

      Using spatially visualized proteomics technology, the heterogeneity of pancreatic cancer was revealed, leading to the discovery of a new immunosuppressive T cell subtype and precise prediction and verification of its spatial specificity in the pancreatic cancer tumor area rather than the lymphoid structure area
